A big part of what we do is build spaces that feel like home. Inspired by her own lived experience with vulnerability and the work Elise achieved in her career working in medical centres, private practices and hospitals, Elise and her team have worked hard to provide spaces that fulfil the clinical needs of providers whilst blending warmth and a calming atmosphere to make it feel like home.

If your clients attend in crisis and you are not available to support them, our team are trained to recognise and triage connecting individuals in distress to the right people. 

With our blueprint, you experience a one of a kind referral process. Everyday we welcome our regular customers and clients but also tourists driving by coming in for a simple cup of coffee, to meet the animals, enjoy some shopping or even attend another appointment.

When you walk in you immediately feel curious to see what is around each corner of the spaces we have designed. Those who are usually hesitant to seek self care, develop trust and connection with our hub and eventually feel comfortable enough to ask how to book. Additionally we have developed a really great relationship with local medical, wellness and welfare services who refer alot of clients our way so by working with us, your service will naturally be shared with those that seek it.

So many individuals and family need support. This is why we are working hard to bring every type of basic need in one place. When your client comes to your appointment, they not only have access to you but also the many other support systems in place at Here's to Strength Community Wellness Hub. Onsite we have a community pantry that operates 24/7 providing free donated food to anyone who needs it everyday of the year. Imagine your client visits you and leaves with enough food to also feed their household for a few days. It's a pretty special feeling. Read more about our community pantry here.

After an appointment, your clients can unwind at the hub and meet our therapy animals. Our ducks and bunnies live the best life in their outdoor habitats and provides the perfect mindfullness activity to help integrate any feelings after their session.

Just the same as clients have specific needs, service providers do too. This is why our service providers work completely independent with our role only to faciliate a space for you to conduct your service. You set your own schedule, develop your own policies, procedures and structures, take your own payments, book your own clients. We just hold space for you to focus on what truly matters - the people.

When you book a room onsite, you will have access to that space for your entire booking, however if you don't feel like working that day no worries! Rent is still payable however you have complete freedom to run your clinic how it best suits you!

Onsite you can display your business cards, a flyers and a professional A-frame providing ample opportunity for customers to discover what you do. 

As an additional external service, if you decide to register, your service will also be discovered through the Here's to Strength Self Care Directory website which has a demonstration tablet stand instore. Individuals can search for your service and other helpful resources further expanding your reach for client referrals. 

The best part is that their directory is developing in a way that it will revolutionise the way medical professionals and welfare services such as GP's, Nurses, Social Workers and Disability Support Workers refer clients empowering them with real time key information without any barriers. 

We understand that signing a contract and making a commitment in an ever-evolving economy can be daunting at times.

That's why we have flexible contract arrangements where we only require four weeks notice in writing of a room agreement being cancelled.

Experience true collaboration with the assistance of our team members onsite between 7am-5pm. If you have a client with specific needs you can let our team know and we will do our best to accomodate their needs where possible. If you have certain concerns around a client and theirs or yours safety, we can arrange to do a welfare check half way through your consultation. 

The Fleurieu Peninsula is booming with growth opportunities and Aldinga is one of the main precincts flourishing in our region. With thousands of homes being built directly next door in the Villawood estate as well as the many other estates developing in surrounding suburbs, Old Coach Road is destined for major growth and increased population making it the perfect location to establish your business. 

Through the use of our Here's to Strength Community Support Fund, services listed with our partnership company Here's to Strength Self Care Directory may be eligible as service providers to provide up to three free or partially subsidised appointments per year to clients experiencing financial hardship.

This means if someone is struggling to pay your consultation fee, you can apply for financial assistance through our fund to help pay for their consultation to see you. We refer to it like the grass roots community version of Medicare. No more losing client opportunities due to barriers of access. Sometimes appointments just don't work in a traditional consultation setting. Some clients will need fresh air or friendly distractions like a cuddle with one of our therapy bunnies. This is why we have (and are still building more) mutliple seating areas where community can relax and practitioners can work as they need. 

If your client is feeling overstimulated you can move the appointment outside to one of our many outdoor safe spaces including our child friendly backyard, our emotional regulation animal therapy zone, our quiet courtyard or even just a walk around our premises. Everyone has different needs and that is why we are building the ultimate community safe zone.  

We believe self care means so many different things and depending on the day its different again. Looking at a persons wellbeing down to the most simplest of habits, activities and choices and providing access to those in one place is what we do best. That's why shopping for the perfect gift or picking out a new outfit to make you feel good again compliments the offerings of our onsite services. 

With so many service providers working in one space, there are so many opportunities for you to link in with other providers, create collaborative service packages and just vibe with one another. We also host annual networking events as well as community engagement events so no matter when you book, you will still have the opportunity to meet everyone and feel the culture that is Here's to Strength all year round.
